USA and Canada shipments available only, we will keep you updated once we start shipping worldwide!

DISCREET Billing - All orders will appear as "NASShop" on your statement.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart during checkout before payment is processed.

Shipping costs is calculated using the least expensive carrier based on the delivery time you select and the shipping weight of the order.

Tracking number will be provided once item has been shipped via e-mail.

Please ensure you have provided us with the correct address.   Your address is copied exactly as provided onto your shipping label. Not another sex shop is not responsible for misdirected packages as a result or incorrect information being input on the order page.  We cannot change or update an address once the item is in transit.  

If the carrier does not deliver an order and it is returned to us, we will automatically refund the cost of the item minus the shipping costs. You are free to order a new, replacement order at any time. 

All orders are shipped discreetly! We will ship your order discreetly, in a brown box or padded envelope and a shipping label

Order Processing*

We ask our customers to please allow 1-2 business days for their orders to be processed and shipped. Orders with express shipping methods are placed in priority and are shipped same day if it is submitted before 1 pm PST.

In the event that a back order occurs, you will receive notification via email. Backorders are shipped as they become available at no additional ship charge. If you would like more information on a back ordered item, or if you prefer to cancel the back order, please email your request to shipping@notanothersexshop.com referencing your order number.

Occasionally, we need to send your order in two or more shipments. Our shipping charge applies only to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping charges for subsequent shipments for the same order.

MISSING OR LOST PARCELS

Not Another Sex Shop is not responsible for the reimbursement, replacement, or re-shipment of parcels that are deemed missing or lost. Each parcel receives a tracking number and you can file a claim through the United States Postal Service, UPS, Ontrac or FedEx.
