Refund policy

It is our mission to carry only the top notch products and provide 24/7 customer service when any questions or concerns should arise. Due to the Pandemic, we had to adjust some of our policies. We do apologize for the inconvenience. 

All merchandise leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products purchased unless there is a manufacturer defect. As soon as something leaves our warehouse, for health and safety reasons, it is considered used and therefore non-returnable.  This includes new items in their original packaging. 
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, mystery boxes or gift cards.
  • All fabric attire such as costumes, clothes of any kind is/are final sale, no exchanges, no refunds.

Defective Item Return:

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately to ensure no manufacturer defects. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you received a defective item, you may return it within 15 days after the shipment has been delivered.

You will need to contact our Customer Service department at returns@notanothersexshop.com. In the body of the message, please reference the item number, order number and explain the defect on the item. If the defect is visible we will require photos sent to us displaying the defect on the item. Please have all this information available when contacting us. 

Our Customer Service department will then provide you with an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) number and instructions to proceed with the return of the item. Please return the items in their original packaging, within 15 days after the shipment has been delivered. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 30 day return period. All returns must have an approved RMA number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement.
